What does anyone think of this?

[adsense.blogspot.com]

+1 appearing on your site on ads... It can be turned off, but I think I'll let G work out what works best for my sites for now.

I haven't seen it yet. I have recently blocked "google.com" from appearing on my site--there have been a lot of ads for AdWords. I wouldn't think that would affect this, though.

You too on the deluge of AdWords ads? I thought I was "special" in some way! B^>

No, I haven't seen the +1 yet either.

I thought it was only on display ads? I only allow text ads.

Funny, I'm subconsciously aware of AdSense on sites I visit yet I never actually look at them.

That's you and everyone else then! :-)

Hence the global fall in CTR.

Prolly but remember, as a publisher I'm programmed to keep away from AdSense ads.

Yes, Ian, I think I share your reflex against seeing or clicking, though it may be weakening. I've had to stop myself a couple of times clicking on an interesting ad when I've realised that I was still on my site!

I right click and paste in NoteTab and edit. Not often, but something gets my attention once in a while.

I have no easy equivalent of "right click" on my Mac (that I know of)!

What's your OS? I would have thought it was a function of the OS not the machine. I would have thought the Apple OS would have that facility.

Right click over any link anywhere and see what happens. What sort of menu, if any, do you get?

But "right clicking" is a bit tricky since the Mac mice only have the one button! winking smiley
