At the bottom of the chart it has this.

From previous experience these things usually appear in College/University "handout" sheets or, if online, on an intranet accessible only to students.

Sometimes SE's can access them, sometimes not. I even have links back from US Navy, NASA and a whole herd of universities and colleges.
